Gastronomic jewel in the Andreas Quartier
A magnet for cosmopolites

The culinary offering impresses with its unique blend of globally inspired dishes and drinks, as well as their simplicity, quality and taste impressions.
Culinary diversity and show kitchen
The show kitchen at Frank's transforms its guests into participants in an extraordinary dining experience that adds the finishing touch to the exquisite cuisine. Here, guests can watch their food being prepared live and immerse themselves in the world of culinary art. The menu offers a variety of international dishes that are always fresh and of high quality thanks to the close relationships with regional producers and suppliers. The special atmosphere makes every visit an unforgettable experience.
Revival of a 1920s cult
The FRANK'S Club at ‘FRANK'S Restaurant’ is a speakeasy cocktail saloon with live performances, reminiscent of the prohibition era with its forbidden, yet vibrant dance halls and entertainment of the Roaring Twenties. Here, guests can enjoy original cocktail creations prepared with homemade syrups, infusions and bitters.
Each cocktail tells its own story. The offer is complemented by an extensive range of spirits. But it's not just the palate that is stimulated here. An evening programme of live music in the styles of jazz, soul, blues and bossa nova transports guests to a different time.
Partnerships with local producers
FRANK’S Restaurant places great emphasis on sustainability and quality, characterized by carefully selected products, resource-efficient processes, and close partnerships with producers who operate sustainably. Nordaq water is filtered on-site, eliminating the need for transportation and single-use plastic; for wines, the focus is on origin and natural production methods, while coffee from Giest & Compagnon, tea from Ronnefeldt, and bread from Jochen Gaues stand for artisanal quality. Only certified wild-caught fish is used, deliberately avoiding farmed fish, and to reduce food waste, buffets are avoided in favor of individual, freshly prepared servings—for sustainable enjoyment at the highest level.
